Note: We process this data as a "Data Processor" on behalf of our Clients (the "Data Controllers").
Order Data: Name, email, phone number, delivery address, order history, and dietary preferences.
Payment Data: Tokenized credit card information (processed securely via third-party gateways; we do not store full card numbers).
Loyalty Data: Points accrued, rewards redeemed, and interaction with Client mobile apps.
C. Automatically Collected Information (Cookies & Analytics):
IP addresses, browser type, device type (iOS/Android), app usage metrics, operating system, and interaction with our website and mobile apps.

To provide, operate, and maintain the Restronaut.ai platform, including processing online orders and managing loyalty programs.

With our Clients: End-User data is shared with the specific restaurant from which the End-User ordered.

Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Restronaut.ai, our Clients, or others.

Restronaut.ai acts as a Data Processor for the personal data of End-Users. Our processing is governed by a standard Data Processing Addendum (DPA), which is incorporated herein by reference. We process End-User data only on the documented instructions of the Restaurant (the Data Controller) and in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy frameworks.
9. SMS & Marketing Communications:
By opting into a Restaurant’s loyalty program or providing a phone number at checkout, End-Users consent to receive transactional and promotional SMS messages.
Opt-Out: Users can text "STOP" at any time to cancel.
Consent: Restaurants are responsible for ensuring they have obtained "prior express written consent" before sending marketing texts via the Restronaut.ai platform.
