My team and I have spent our lives in the restaurant industry.

We built Restronaut for our own restaurants because we knew there had to be a better way. As restaurateurs, we experienced firsthand the pressure of rising third-party fees, disconnected systems, limited ownership of customer data, and marketing tools that promised growth but failed to deliver meaningful retention. Rather than adding another subscription to an already fragmented stack, we built a unified ecosystem that brings together online ordering, pickup, delivery, loyalty, SMS, email, in-app engagement, direct mail, advertising, and customer data into one seamless platform. 

For two years, Restronaut operated exclusively within our restaurants, where we refined it using real transaction data and optimized it to increase repeat visits, strengthen lifetime value, and generate predictable revenue. Only after it consistently proved its impact across our brands did we decide to introduce it to other restaurateurs.The current system isn’t designed to truly support independent restaurants - it often adds cost and complexity instead of control. We believe independent restaurants deserve the technology that big brands do. Restronaut exists to give operators just that : the tools, ownership, and clarity they need to compete, grow, and succeed on their own terms.
