Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: February 23, 2026
1. Our Commitment
At Restronaut.ai, we are committed to making our website, SaaS platform, and the mobile applications and online ordering systems we build for our restaurant partners accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that technology should empower all users, and we are continually striving to improve the user experience for everyone.
2. Accessibility Standards
We endeavor to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and user-friendly for everyone.
3. Measures We Take
To ensure accessibility, we implement the following measures across the Restronaut.ai ecosystem:
Screen Reader Compatibility: Ensuring our code is structured to work seamlessly with popular screen reading software.
Keyboard Navigation: Designing our interfaces so they can be fully navigated using a keyboard.
Color Contrast: Maintaining compliant color contrast ratios for text and functional elements.
Alt Text: Providing descriptive alternative text for images and non-text content.
App Development: Applying accessibility best practices when developing white-labeled iOS and Android apps for our restaurant clients.
4. Third-Party Content
While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, our platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools (such as payment gateways or delivery logistics trackers) that we do not directly control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of these external components, but we actively seek partners who share our commitment to inclusivity.
5. Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly conduct accessibility audits and incorporate user feedback to identify and fix potential barriers. We are continuously training our development team on accessible coding practices.
6. Limitation of Third-Party Liability
Restronaut.ai provides the technical framework for restaurant apps. However, the content (menu descriptions, images, and specific promotional text) is uploaded by the Restaurant Client. While our platform provides the tools for accessibility (like Alt-Text fields), the Client is responsible for ensuring their specific uploaded content meets accessibility standards.
7. Accessibility Remediation Process
If a vulnerability is reported, Restronaut.ai commits to:
Acknowledging the report within 3 business days.
Assessing the technical requirement for a fix.
Deploying a remediation update within a reasonable timeframe based on the complexity of the code change required.
8. Feedback and Assistance
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Restronaut.ai. If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our website or within an online ordering system/app we power, please let us know so we can address the issue promptly.
